The object of the company is the trading, production, import and export of IT-equipment und other products as well as the consulting and service in relation to IT-solutions. The collecting, processing and utilisation of data are carried out in order to fulfil the above-named purposes.

Data of customers, data of employees as well as data of suppliers insofar as these are necessary to fulfil the purposes named above under 4.

Public bodies if legal regulations with higher priority apply, external contractors in accordance with §11 BDSG as well as external bodies and internal departments of All About Cards – S&K Trading GmbH & Co KG in order to fulfil the purposes named above under under 4.

Set periods for deleting the data
The legislator has stipulated a wide range of obligations and set periods for keeping data. After expiry of these set periods the corresponding data are routinely deleted. Insofar as data are not affected by this, they are deleted when purposes named under 4 no longer exist.
