Re-Transfer Card Printer XID 590i

This high-end re-transfer card printer is perfectly suited for high-volume applications (e.g. projects). In addition to the functionalities of the EDIsecure card printers XID 570i and XID 580i, the XID 590i offers NETencoding and Intelligent Printer Management (IPM) features.

NETencoding enables you to administrate your card print jobs and related encoding data within a network environment of card printers. With IPM up to seven XID 590i card printers can be connected to a workstation or printer-server. Thus you can obtain a maximum output of 840 cards per hour.

To protect your card printing system from unauthorized access you can use a password routine that is regulated by the printer driver. Particularely in projects of national importance, e.g. printing of national ID cards or driving licenses it is crucial to have special security on the printing stations.
